fyn.me (“the Service”, accessible at fyn.me) is a social platform where people create a public profile, receive anonymous questions and messages, publish answers, and chat in real time — anonymously or with a revealed identity. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens through it. Keep your password safe, use a real email address (we use it for verification, password recovery and optional notifications), and don't share your account. We may require email verification before activating your account.
Askers and chat guests appear anonymous to the people they contact. However, the Service technically processes limited data (such as a one-way hashed form of your IP address) to enforce rate limits, blocks and moderation. Anonymity applies between users — it is not a shield against abuse, unlawful content or valid legal orders.
You agree not to post or send content that is: harassing, bullying or threatening; hateful or discriminatory; sexually explicit or involving minors in any sexual context; violent or promoting self-harm; spam, scams or misleading; infringing others' rights or privacy (including doxxing); or illegal in any way. Photo sharing in chats requires the host's explicit permission and the same rules apply to images.
We may remove content, hide answers, restrict features, block senders, suspend or permanently ban accounts — with or without notice — when we believe these Terms are violated. Users can report content; reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Daily limits (e.g. questions per person) exist to keep the Service healthy and may change.
You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing an answer you grant fyn.me a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content as part of the Service (including public answer pages and share links). You can unpublish or delete your answers at any time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk. Upon account deletion, your content (questions, answers, chats, photos) is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fyn.me is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
